He joined the group in 2013 as a President of the Ustroń Health Resort. During his six years of managing the resort, Bartosz Sadowski created and implemented a development plan for the centre, thus completing the privatization process. He is a co-author of the key projects implemented by the American Heart of Poland Group. An experienced manager specializing in long-term optimization processes and implementation of enterprise development plans, strategic management in the medical sector as well as privatization and modernization of medical entities. He graduated from the Lodz University of Technology (Management and Marketing).
With over 15 years of experience in managing projects in the healthcare sector, both at operational and strategic level, he is an expert in the medical service market and public healthcare system in Poland, public financing of healthcare services and current condition of cardiology in Poland, including the financing of outpatient and hospital procedures. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Lodz.
He has been associated with cardiology since 2011. During 10 years of working in the medical sector, he managed the finances of medical holdings, both in Poland and abroad. Previously, Adam Szlachta was engaged in consulting projects at one of the Big 4 companies. He graduated from the Cracow University of Economics.
